Mr. Agarwal holds a Master of Law (LLM) in international law from The Fletcher School of Global Affairs at Tufts University, and Harvard Law School and Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University, USA (as co-registrant). He had an MBA in Management Information Systems from Alliant International University, USA (UK Campus ), Bachelor of Law ( LL.B ) from Lloyd Law College and. B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India.

Birendra comes with a profound experience of over 36 years in administration and management of diverse large scale industries including Renewables, Power, Sugar, FMCG, Plywood, Logistics and Trucking. He has a strong expertise of handling multiple assignments and high-pressure situations with a positive attitude, high integrity, and interpersonal skills.

Currently, as the President of Vikram Solar US Inc., he is entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of the P&L of the company and its interests in Greenfield Projects & expansions, including increasing the business in the Americas and its footprint across the different solar business segments.
